It was awful. And I fell in twice. They really do, too. At least you showed up dry, right.

The ice cracked a second time. You have to move pretty slowly. It's a lot harder than it sounds, okay?

I don't think I've ever tried moving on ice before. Is the ice really thin? Thin things break easily.

It can be. Sometimes, it's thick enough to walk on. I think it's all melted now, though.

Oh...I want to try walking on thick ice someday, as long as it doesn't break.

Just wait until winter, okay? That's when the water freezes really thick. You can even skate on it.
